Motivation to Exercise as a Flight Attendant 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Are you lagging in motivation to keep up with your workouts or even start while being a flight attendant?

Instead of focusing solely on weight loss, focus instead on quality of life, says research from the University if Michigan’s Institute for Research on women and gender.

They found that if you focus more on wellbeing as goal, you are 34% more likely to stick to your workouts than those only interested in losing weight.

So when you start creating goals focus on wellbeing goals like increased energy, better quality sleep and increased protection against illness and diseases.

Aim to get in some form of exercise at least 3-4 times per week. If you land in a new country aim to either get into the hotels gym or head outside for a brisk walk. Just move and your body will thank you for it!
